Kristen J. Bell is an entrepreneur, Author, Inspirational Speaker, Coach and Founder/CEO of Igniting Your Destiny and Bell Enterprises, LLC. She also owned and operated a multi-unit franchise in Maryland and Virginia. 

Kristen passionately believes in accepting nothing less than living in your greatness. Kristen not only believes it but has demonstrated it throughout the corporate world as a high excelling Consultant for over a decade, that has earned countless awards and recognitions. But, also as a veteran who honorably served in the United States Air Force for 10 years 6 months. She was awarded numerous prestigious leadership, Airman of the Quarter, and Airman of the Year awards. 

Kristen was also on the path to being nominated to compete to be one of the 12 Outstanding Airman of the Air Force. She despises mediocrity and settling for less than what you are capable of. Therefore, it has become her divine purpose to Guide, Inspire, inVigorate and Empower (G.I.V.E.) others to live the life they lie in bed thinking about, fulfill that dream they are sitting in their cubicle talking to co-workers about, or open that business they are scribbling ideas on a sticky note while attending a meeting they are not interested in. 

Kristen’s success did not come easy and without pain, failures and self-doubt. But, her determination was so over powering to live in her greatness and not settle for living an ordinary life it propelled her to overcome all she has endured to get where she is today. From a single teenage mother and 9/11 survivor to a successful entrepreneur and business woman who has mentored and inspired so many others to make possible what they believed was the impossible.
