My roles:

I'm so glad you're here.

Born in Washington, D.C., refined in Los Angeles, and shaped by global experiences, I've spent the last several years helping people discover who they are, embrace what they've been called to do, and move forward with confidence and excellence.

At my core, I'm a mentor, speaker, strategist, and encourager. I love sitting across the table from dreamers, leaders, creatives, entrepreneurs, and ministry builders, helping them find clarity in the middle of big ideas, big transitions, and big questions. Whether we're talking about faith, leadership, business, creativity, or purpose, my heart is always the same: to help people grow into the person God created them to be.

Over the years, I've had the privilege of speaking at universities, churches, conferences, retreats, and leadership gatherings around the world. But honestly, some of my favorite conversations happen far from a stage. They happen in conference rooms, during strategy sessions, around dinner tables, and in moments where someone realizes they're capable of more than they imagined.

In this season, I have a special love for investing in young adults. Walking alongside them as they navigate faith, calling, relationships, career decisions, and life's transitions has become one of the greatest joys of my life.

When I'm not speaking, mentoring, or building strategy, you'll probably find me creating content around faith, travel, business, leadership, and everyday life. Through an online community of more than 100,000 people cumulatively, my hope is to share
what I'm learning, encourage others along the way, and remind people that growth is possible wherever they are.

I'm also the founder of The Council, an online collective cultivating creatives, careers, and calling. It's a space where faith-driven leaders and creatives can find mentorship, community, practical tools, and the encouragement needed to flourish both personally and professionally.

Whether you're building a brand, leading a ministry, stepping into a new season, chasing a dream, or simply trying to figure out what God is doing next, know that you don't have to do it alone.
I'd be honored to walk alongside you.

It truly is a gift to connect with you, and I hope our paths cross digitally or in person soon.

CONTENT CREATOR

2010

My Mother and I started a brand development firm in Washington, D.C.

2011

I graduated from Marymount University with a degree in Fashion Merchandising (with a concentration in Marketing) and a degree in English (with a concentration in Journalism).

2012

We picked up our relatively new business and headed to sunny Los Angeles, CA.

2015

After what I thought were casual social media posts, doors began to open for brand partnerships and collaborations.

2017

2020 - 2021

I moved back to Washington, D.C. in an effort to be closer to my family during the Pandemic.

After much reflection, I redefined my role with TFG (our brand development firm), transferred my responsibilities and began to respond to the demand for privatized coaching, public speaking and content creation services.

2021 - 2024

Venturing to places like Italy, Paris, and Israel, I ran my business full time on the go.

CURRENTLY

STAY TUNED FOR WHAT's NEXT!

A new chapter has begun on the Emerald Coast of
Florida. Currently leading a young adult community, finalizing my first book, Running a
Business and Praying, and preparing for events designed to equip the next generation of
professionals, creatives, and purpose-driven leaders.

About me facts

My Favorite Thing About Washington, D.C.

1

I love that the people here are authentic, down-to-earth, and grounded. Every time I go home I am impressed by the very refreshing, diverse and real atmosphere. I’m incredibly grateful that that is where my roots were and are planted.

My Favorite Thing About LA

2

The vibrant food scene and perfect weather, hands down! Plus, LA is a haven for creatives, constantly buzzing with fresh ideas and collaboration opportunities. It's impossible not to feel inspired here.

Favorite Scripture

3

Psalm 127:1 – “Unless the Lord builds the house, those who build it labor in vain.”

Favorite Travel Destinations

4

It’s a tough call between Greece and Dubai. Both offer rich culture, incredible scenery, amazing food and people.

My Favorite Travel Experience

5

When I was 17, I had the incredible opportunity to plan an impromptu European adventure with my mom. We booked the trip and were on the plane within less than a week—nothing beats spontaneous travel!

Favorite Foods

6

Porterhouse steak paired with a fresh, vibrant salad (whether it's Cobb, Caesar, or Chinese chicken). And for international flavors, Jamaican and Thai cuisines always win my heart.

My Favorite Qualities About Myself

7

I’m introspective, resilient, and fiercely loyal. These traits always guide me in my personal, spiritual and professional life.

Favorite Hobby

8

I’m all about runway shows, discovering new content creators on YouTube, and diving into business movies or documentaries. The fashion show music is relaxing, the clothes and stories of businesses starting are inspiring...and to top it off, I am learning constantly.

My Favorite Month of the Year

9

October. The crisp fall air, the gorgeous changing leaves, cozy fall fashion... and yes, it’s my birthday month! It feels like the perfect time for reflection and renewal.

My Favorite Thing About Working with My Team

10

The opportunity to be a student every day. I’m continually inspired by their expertise and creativity, and every collaboration is a chance to learn, grow and CREATE!

My Favorite Month ABOUT THE EMERALD COAST

11

One of my favorite things about the Emerald Coast is how it’s helped me feel more comfortable in my own skin. As a city-born, creatively wired, career-driven woman, I came here with a very different background but instead of feeling out of place, I’ve found beauty in bringing my full story into a new community. This season has helped me appreciate who I already was while growing even more into who I’m called to be.

A few fun facts about me

Fun Fact: A friend once told me I always say "fun fact" … but hey, it’s always fun to share a little something interesting, right?

Candles are a must—whether I'm on the go or at home, I always have one nearby. There's something about the glow and scent that sets any atmosphere.

The Bible has transformed my life—its wisdom continues to shape my journey, and I turn to it for guidance daily.

Downtime looks like this: I love watching documentaries about businesses and entrepreneurs or tuning into runway shows. It’s my perfect balance of inspiration and relaxation.

Tea is a daily practice—Chai, ginger, peppermint - the works! I have at least 2 cups of tea daily. Do you have a favorite tea?

Headbands are my thing! I’m drawn to unique styles, and if it incorporates leather or texture, it’s an instant win.

Glasses have always been my signature look, and the older I get, the bolder they become! Bonus points if they’re tortoise shell!

Sparkling water is a staple in my fridge. Seriously, I once got a virus and swore it was because I didn’t get my weekly sparkling water fix! Ha!

Sweet treat confession: Not the healthiest, but I have a soft spot for quality gummies. Who else shares the love for gummy candy?

Planner lover alert: I’ve saved nearly every planner since high school! Digital systems are efficient and great, but nothing beats the joy of a good, customizable physical planner. Do you still use one too?

Pens, pens, and more pens—especially erasable ones! .5, .4, you name it. A good pen is a game changer!
