Let’s Talk About “The Girls”!
If you have been following me for a while, you would know that I am a firm believer in helping you not only look great on the outside but helping to make sure you are also well supported underneath your fabulous clothes!
You can have a fly top that looks great aesthetically but if you have an ill-fitted bra, that top immediately goes from chic to downright frumpy. The problem is that although many options have emerged for bras over the years, it really is hard to find a bra that covers it all! With so many different body types and areas that may need to be refined, it really can be a challenge for brands to formulate the right fit in all areas of style and foundation garments.
One brand that I have found much success with is Torrid. Torrid has been a long-standing staple for Plus Size individuals for years! I literally have been wearing their clothes since high school but I always focused my dollars on their clothes, not the undergarments!
About 5years ago, I purchased a bra that was on sale and my world was rocked! The bra was supportive, feminine and most importantly sooooo comfortable!! So, when I was asked to review Torrid’s 360 Back Smoothing T-Shirt Bra almost a year ago, I was not surprised when it didn’t disappoint (full video review linked below). Needless to say, it is so comfortable – like no need to break it in, all day wear comfortable, has great coverage and support, it can be worn discretely under almost anything and yes, it REALLY IS back smoothing!
As I am writing this, it’s 9:30 pm on the West Coast and I literally have it on while sitting on my bed, typing this on my laptop and now Ladies you know, usually the first thing you take off when you enter the door is your shoes and your bra! Lastly, I know this post is primarily about “the girls” but I just wanted to let you know, I just got my hands on the 360 back smoothing brief that also includes the patent-pending 360 Smoothing Technology and I absolutely love them! They are tummy smoothing but do not have the discomfort of actual shapewear…sounds like a win-win to me!

Planner lover alert: I’ve saved nearly every planner since high school! Digital systems are efficient and great, but nothing beats the joy of a good, customizable physical planner. Do you still use one too?
Pens, pens, and more pens—especially erasable ones! .5, .4, you name it. A good pen is a game changer!
